Went to pick up a repeat prescription today (15/10/19) but it couldn't be found. It had been dropped off in the Prescription box on the evening of the 10th of October. No additional search was performed or check with Doctor made and no apology given.
Instead I was given a form to fill out which I had to enter the details of the medication and told to come back in a days time to try again.
Not a great experience and now I've got to find time to go back to the surgery to try again.
The receptionist are very helpful and always give you an appt and they can.
The GPIC are great and although that have been changed our the last months - the care never fails.
The level of care. Personal touch.
The receptionist today was clearly helpful and understood the urgency of my request and fitted me in at a time that suited my scheduled. She also "smiled" - A very important think at the doctors reception.!!
I saw a new lady doctor Dr. Budhan she was first class. Again clear concise, willing to explain and re-assure and went the extra mile to make me feel at ease and cared for to the best of her ability. Pleased to hear she is now permanent at practice. A great addition.
I have been a patient at this surgery for many years. As I get older I have to call upon.
The skill and knowledge of the doctor and nurses for more often than years ago. I find the medical staff, the nurses and all the receptionist etc infuriatingly helpful, polite - we could not have better care.
I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
